@@mvalson7663 supply is when you look for sells Demand is when you look for buys He said in the vid price came down to a demand zone meaning he would start looking for buys. Just focus more on supply and demand and you should be good

Choch is a indication that the trend might reverse and it’s crazy but trading against the trend after a choch conformation is proven to be more profitable but i choose my bias of the 1H chart as im a daytrader and if the trend is bullish I will look for demand (longs) but if i find a strong supply zone (short) with conformation such as liquidity or imbalance etc i might trade against the trend which for me goes well most of the times
