I got my Canada study visa with 4 years gap after 12th for sep 2022 intake (ppr july 2022) applied april through sds(ielts 7).I had 4 years gap between my 12th and bachelors.I got a work experience from a reputed IT company which I paid some money for and they provided me with 10 documents for work experience (joining letter,salory slips,exp letter..etc).I justified my work experience in my SOP and got the visa.Cheers guys you all can come to canada.

Yes right.... Total process time will be overall 8-12 months... He has not tell us about WES .... Which will take time 2-3 months... Bcoz 1stly you have to send the transcript and alll.... We constants are also filing n numbers of cases and our company has applied lots of PR visas files and lots so many successful visa grants as well in very less fee.

Through this video, we tried to explain that you can apply PR at your own and its a very easy process. There are a lot of people out there to help you out if you get stuck somewhere. That was the main purpose of the video. And, if you are a consultant, you should know that EE " processing time" doesn't include wes processing. The time which I am talking about in the video is the time when you submit your all documents to Cic and that's the time when your actual ' processing time' starts.

I agree that in your video you explained how you were able to manage all the things without paying a single penny to the consultant but it is also mentioned quite a few times that you got your PR so early which in fact is not a real situation for everyone out there. The group is called " Canadian PR/Express entry forum". You do not have to apply for Ontario pnp seperately. They will send you notification of interest (noi) in your EE profile only. Once you get the noi, you'll have to apply on their website

Not really. I mean he was rejected when his CRS was 403. But when he got nominated by Ontario, that added 600 points to his CRS, bringing the grand total to 1000+. Hence guaranteeing him a PR

timing and luck is important in these matters.......i had ielts score of 8.5 which was CLB10 and i also had score of 8 in writing......this was in 2018 when cutovers were around 440, and my score was 425 (i lost pts as I didn't have degree above bachelors and was 32 then so lost pts on age too)........people easily get invites for canada and is comparatively difficult for Aus, in my case it was other way around i wanted to get for Canada, but could only manage to get for Aus.......I am quite sure this person in video got invite from Ontario in 2017, in 2018 they changed their NOI criteria and I never recieved one.......and despite having got invited for PR for Aus in Feb 2019, I have not received PR till now.......instead I went to UK on work visa.....I guess you reach where you are destined to, doesn't matter what you plan for................and you you are right he is lucky in a way as these PNPs are very unpredictable, they is no set pattern and criteria to them

They replied that they have sent verification request via email and couriered them the documents as well. But here university is claiming that they haven't got anything from WES. And if university doesn't respond then after 7 weeks WES will again send request. Don't know what to do.

Me and my wife are both working in India. I am in in my mid 30s and my wife is in her late 20s. We were in USA from 2018 to 2021 as my company had deputed me to an office there. In top of anything, only if we have expected CRS score we will get PR. In the last one year score has reached sky top that even if we get full score in Ielts, from offshore, no one can reach this score. I understand we can try with other scoring options like PNP like that. But getting PNP nominated is not an easy job. So let's not be under impression that getting PR from Canada is easy.

I have a question - What is the scenario like after getting an approved PR? I mean, to find fulltime employment, would I have to land in Canada to get my approved PR validated, and to get SIN number or would it be possible to get the offer while I am here in India? I read on official website that "you can't directly fly to canada even if you have approved PR." and that "some people who have approved PR are exempted from travel restrictions". Here, this word "some" created ambiguity.
