Man your channel is a God-send. I’m currently stuck at $11K/yr. I started back in 2022. Gained 3 accounts, lost two due to bad subcontractors. And then I paid a scammy business coach who promised I’d be at $10K/month in 6 months which never happened. So now every single invoice goes directly toward the loan I took out to pay for the coaching. I’m super discouraged at this point because now I’m stuck cleaning toilets basically for free until the loan is paid off this September. I thought about ending it when the loan is paid off but I know this can work one day. But thanks for your content brother. My wife and I are saved as well 🙏🏽

wow wow wow,that was great,i didnt want it to stop,interesting how you started,i am also working full time and started the business mid covid,have had a few little one off commercials,end of tenancys and a weekly domestic ,that would probably be the only domestic i do,looking for ongoing commercial contracts,many thanks for this,i must say i had sort of cooled off a bit,but watching this has helped and motivated me afresh,also as soon as i finished watching it i prayed to God to help the business,thanks again,just subscribed.,we are in London UK 🙏,God Bless you and the family and your business

Thanks for this timely video, I'm just starting my cleaning business, frustrating when I send emails to the property manager or person in charge of the vendor list, I get no response. By the way, I'm using Bark Leads but no response yet, getting a lot of scams though lol.

It truly is tough at the start. If you’re flexibly and want some quick work, try contacting wedding venues and event centers. There tends to be less competition for those and they can pay good. Property managers take a lot of followup but are certainly worth it.

Awesome story, inspirational!! Thank you - you such a positive person, and this video just popped in one of days that I feel so down...seems like I hit the wall...I started commercial cleaning in January, and so far have only 1 monthly contract. You video put some energy into me today and I feel more motivated. Going to watch all videos on this channel. I definitely need help - mostly I use cold calling but it is blood sucking, and manual emails.
