I’ve always had a good self concept and been manifesting my ex back since we broke off in August, I’ve been on and off affirming for him even while crying I’ve switched couple times from affirming for him to focusing on myself and self concept and feeling like I’m stuck now sometimes he’s hot and cold with me saying he’s physically attracted to me, but doesn’t want to be with me, saying he likes talking to me and seeing me but “wants to be alone” he’s constantly telling me to move on and it hurts to hear that, really need some support should I be affirming for him nonstop what else can I do to get him to conform quickly 🙏

It helps you a lot but if you don't change your story about your specific person of him wanting to be alone. Do you know that he is going to be showing up this way because you are creating your story right...
