Welcome! Everything has a season, that's what I keep telling myself haha. So many things have changed and shifted in my watercolor journey and it continues to change! I feel like my kids made things harder in some ways, but also brought so much joy and inspiration to my art in other ways. It's definitely possible :)

Hey from Canada, just found your youtube channel and love your paintings. My 7 yr. grandson and i started to watercolor together in September and we love it, painting together is the best. He loves to watch the watercolor videos too, so some kid tutorials would be great..he home schools and this is art class. Thanks for your story, we love to find out about our favorite artists.🙂🙂

Hello Kristen! I have done oil painting and acrylics and some watercolour as well. I adore art, always have. I was recently in hospital in a life threatening situation and I'm trying to get back my skills but not doing very well. This makes me extremely sad. I also have a daughter and my own YT channel where I discuss my life living with anorexia nervosa. My daughter is my whole world so I understand your love for your children. I would also do anything to be good at painting again. I just can't seem to get the skill back, even though before hospital I was really good. I have already watched a couple of your videos and subscribed and I want to try the little watercolour flowers soon. My self confidence in my painting has all gone and I'm so sad. I hope to be able to do some of your tutorials from YT here. I just wanted to comment and say hello and I hope I can use your tutorials!

Can you do watercolors if you aren’t the best at drawing?

Definitely! I think you only really need to know basic shapes and form to be able to start. The more you practice the more it all will improve, watercolor and drawing
