Insomnia is tricky. My boy is about to start the journey to sleep again without sleep meds. To fix the problem you often have to forget about it. A great guy to listen to is Daniel Erichsen. He has a KZbin channel - sleep coach. He has a book called set it and forget it. The problem is people become anxious about sleep and put in place all the sleep efforts. You actually have to choose a consistent wake up time - stop fearing night awakenings and forget about it. Sleep will eventually return.

I was delivered from insomnia which at one point was unbearable. The key for me was to cast down any thought about sleep and replace it with a scripture. For so He gives his beloved sleep or be anxious for nothing. The root was anxiety from a past trauma. I compiled a list of scriptures about sleep, trust, anxiety and if an attack in my mind came I would use the word. Also I would submit myself to God, resist the devil and he would flee. Because he is behind the whole thing. I also had to stop talking about the problem with friends. That was a major turning point. I. sleep very well now.

I know your story Cindy and very grateful for you. I know that you recieved chemo treatments you drive to along with other things. Does chemo always have to be involved is a question that entered my mind. If you know anything about John Lake, Smith Wigglesworth or others that was never an option, I don't think it was even an option at the time but God's healing power flowed just the same.

I believe that the chemo did a lot of damage to her body which needed to be healed. In the end what healed her are the principles in the Word which she is sharing in this teaching.

She mentioned in one of her other videos that at the time of chemo she knew the Lord and loved him was reading the Word, but didn't have the understanding that all has been accomplished for her and that she was already healed.

We are redeemed from the CURSE of the law. 1 john 3:4 telks us the law defines or tells us what sin is. Paul says he would not have known what sin was if not for the law which is a tutor. Jesus tooknthe cursevof it upon himself as the only One ever to not sin or violate the law/Torah. He too our punishment as LAW breakers. So the only word they had in new testament was the law. When they speak of scriptures in new testament, it is the Torah and prophets they speak of. Thank you for rightly saying it is stillvrelevant for instruction but notvsaving us. We have a new and better covenant written in His blood. Love your teaching. Thank you!!
