Because they updated the admin panel so it actually works properly right after this video was uploaded. They removed the set room stuff because it was broken. But they made it so the panel actually works on other players now, you can damage yourself or other people and you can give yourself x-ray and full brightness.

Before you couldn't spawn entities, and give items to players, and could not change rooms but now they updated the menu so you can spawn ambush and screech, rush is still broken. and you can change rooms and give people items to guide them
