I’m inspired!!! In 2018 I was totally bald from chemotherapy 🥲 when my hair started growing back I didn’t know what to do with it. My hair is now the length of yours in 2018. I now follow you in mini braids & I make a Amla & fenugreek mask with peppermint essential oils & I’m retaining length, wash , condition & moisturize in mini braids & I’m seeing results. Thank you for sharing 👍🏽

You encouraged me with your story. My hair started regrowing in Dec 2021 after chemo. Doing herbs and keeping my hair moisturized. Looking forward to more growth as I can't even do mini twists. I am hopeful for growth.

Your hair is so beautiful and long. People will most likely say genetics played a huge part in your hair growth without considering also your hair routine and discipline.
@BarbaraBirungiSunflower
@BarbaraBirungiSunflower 2 жыл бұрын
People say that all the time especially when your hair is at a certain length but I don’t believe that to be true because if you care less about your hair sorry you won’t have this length. I had relaxed hair for many years and it never reached this length. So I believe in genetics but not on my part or journey. This is all hardwork and care.

This is what some people don't want to hear 👂, the process. They just want to grow their hair overnight which is never possible. I love seeing that you went through the process❤ it surely inspires me.

I was that person too. I wanted my hair to grow as soon as a month into it but like every good lasting thing. You need to go through the process for you to appreciate it more. A lot of times the process requires some effort and time from us so I am happy that my hair didn’t just grow overnight because it has helped me to learn a lot from it- I am able to share with you all.

I’m about starting my natural hair journey. I’ve had friends permed their hair after 8-3 years of being natural,. It’s quite discouraging but I’m going to do it. Permed hair is not doing me good. I get cuts and boils any time I perm my hair which keeps breaking. I just have to embrace what comes with it. I will be patient with my hair . That’s for being inspiring. It’s been six months since I last permed my hair.

I am so happy for you. Thank you for sharing your experience. I pretty much experienced the same when I was relaxed. I had long relaxed damaged hair. My hair was not goo but I found it hard to let it go. I thought I couldn’t manage natural hair until I was frustrated with the perm and heat, the burn on my scalp and the poor treatment I would get from the many stylists. I was over it and I must say best decision so far. I have learnt a thing or two about my hair and still learning- that’s why I share my journey here raw and simple. We are here for you. It will get better and you will be okay

Hey sis😍 Thank you too for watching and supporting. I share products that I use with videos on my channel if you don’t mind watching them to find out more on what products I use on my hair. You hair is thick and long?? That’s really good! It means your hair is healthy. It might be dry and that’s why it’s hard but that’s easy to solve through moisturizing and making sure you are using hydrating products to minimize on the dryness that’s causing it to be hard. What method of moisturizing do you use? LCO or LOC method?

Black soap is much more gentle than many shampoos with chemicals that strip our hair of all the natural oils. I use a goat milk, Shae butter & Manuka honey soap bar to wash my tresses. It does not strip my hair & my hair loves it. I have a very simple regimen & at 2 1/2 yrs I'm collar bone length. I did the big chop & got rid of all the relaxed hair. Two & 1/2 yrs later I'm flowing. Looking forward to arm pit length in the next year. Thank you for the inspiration, you & your hair are beautiful. Shalom Sister 💕 💞

I use black soap too when I have my hair in a long term protective style. It cleanses better than some shampoos your right. Thank you girl for sharing. I am here for this😍

I usually wear mine like this. I just tie them in a small low bun but if you have a wig that would be more helpful. I will probably show you all in my future videos how I wear mine.

@@BarbaraBirungiSunflowerYes they both are black. Here's two scripture to prove that. Revelation 1:14-15 Daniel 7:9 Ok let's figure out if you are an Israelite. Israelites are the chosen people of the MOST HIGH. They are the only ones to be saved. It all depends on your father, like what nation is he. Because the seed of anyone's dad is passed onto the children.
