For communication, try to do debating or public speaking or theatre in school. Or maybe open your own YT channel. For logical reasoning, focus on your mathematics. That is the foundation :) Good luck

Over the next 2-3 years, Pranab, you should study hard and do well academically :) But the skill sets that are useful are communication skills, logical reasoning and everyday discipline.
