how long is the shelf life of this cheese sauce??will this not harden up when refrigerated??i've tried making one of this but mine always thicken and harden up :(

Hi , I would suggest not to cook more than the consumption for 1-2 days specially specially if you are running a Bacsilog business. For 1 whole day use you need not refrigerate it but keep it in a clean and covered container. Cheese sauce will harden specially if it is not hot anymore or when you refrigerated it, that is why you will see in this video that this cheese sauce was just like a little bit thicker than milk when its hot. I see so I need to reheat the sauce always before use?? I was under the assumption that the cheese sauce won't thick up inside the squeeze bottle even if not refrigerated, I used to make one batch but it turns into paste when it goes room temperature.

@@sYmEtRiX23 this version will thicken a little bit when refrigerated , all homemade cheese sauces are like that, but still liquid enough to be managed in a squeeze bottle.
