I induced myself at 38 weeks pregnant, here's what I did

What I actually did/my protocol:
Raspberry leaf tea - 4+ cups a day and a very strong brew (approx 4 teabags) a couple of days before labour started
Dates - 600 grams over 3 days (but you’re meant to have these starting 36-37 weeks, having approx 4 a day)
The Miles Circuit - I did this twice, once a day prior to labour and my third position was curb walking (I curb walked since approx 37 weeks anyway)

Pumping - Starting 38 weeks, 20 minutes a day 2x a day. This also helped with kickstarting small labour contractions with my first pregnancy.
