You are fortunate to have a cooperative city management, where I live, they would of been all over every inch of it and would of found something for you to change and when you changed it they would have told to do it another way " just like you had it before" and on and on! I have seen it happen to SO many here!

Sounds like you have a challenge building around your parts. They are pretty easy to work with here in the peach capital. Thanks for watching!

Merry Christmas. A lot of our stuff comes from Restore, Salvation Army store or estate sales. You do have to watch some of their pricing. I got the wood for my laser engraver stand and enclosure for $17.50. And my calibrated eye was correct. I didn't have to do any cutting, as it fit perfectly! Got the laser off of Marketplace, brand new, assembled and unused for $50. On the gas lines, the gas company back home required pressure checks also. We had to make our own tester. Not knowing any better, we pumped it up to 90 psi! The gas guy just shook his head and installed the meter. We never had to have him check another line since he knew our procedure. You are doing a good job.

Did you put the caution tape on the Christmas tree? If you did, you need to post an update here on Christmas Eve.
@DraysWorld6 сағат бұрын
We did add a strip of caution tape to the tree. I’ll post an update on the next video, but it will be after Christmas.

Abandoned means the buildings last owner stopped paying the property taxes. If the property was merely empty and the property taxes are up to date, it's empty and not abandoned. Was this building abandoned?
@DraysWorld14 сағат бұрын
It sat empty and left alone, neglected for 17 years. It was abandoned.
