Hair needs natural oils from your head. It is not not not good to wash everyday. Every 3 to 5 days is best. Shower w shower cap. Use dry shampoo to freshen it up in between(for light texture). Hair oil for frizz.

I know this might sound stupid but what does it mean to “not was your hair” does it mean to not even shower your hair or to not put product in your hair like shampoo while showering?
