Hi! I'm a Bbd addict. I have been trying to collect several of their books. So far I have finished 2 Bird song from Over the meadow. I was able to sell one and complete one for myself. Its hanging on my livinroom wall. . I haven't tried the appliquick method. I'm researching the technique. What material did you use as the iron on? Looking forward to the rest of Raven.

Thank for sharing your process. I've learn a lot. Say do you have any tips on keeping the glue from harding within the metal shaft. I make sure I cap and wash after each use. Yet I always seem to have to take a bit of time to get the glue free flowing at the beginning of the process. Thanks

Hi Susan! Are you talking about the Roxanne's glue? I used to have that same problem. Now they sell the bottles with a little piece of plastic to leave in the metal shaft while you're not using it, which works great. For my older bottles, I'll leave a skinny needle or pin in the shaft. It's not perfect, but it helps a bit. You know when you buy clothes and the tag is connected by a piece of thin plastic with a tab on top? That's what the piece of plastic they include these days looks like. If you run across one of those, maybe see if it will fit in the shaft. If you have no idea what I'm talking about, let me know and I can send you a pic. 😊
