hello!! i really enjoy your video i was in the pancakes team but i think i'm gonna come in the side by side ah ah ! i don't really love lancome rose berberanza it's too sugary for me so i love to add one or two sprays of guerlain herba fresca .this makes it greener and fresher, it is still sugary but in a good way . i also love to add Bon parfumeur 602 (pepper cedar patchouli) on top of comme des garçons AVIGNON, we are still in a church but transformed into a trendy spa ! And yesterday i tried another layering, i layered Rasasi sotoor waaw on top of maison margiela by the fireplace and it was perfect! i don't know if you have any of these maybe it could be useful to somebody!! you are a lovely woman !thank you your content is always really interesting!

I love these layering ideas, might try the black opium and pink sugar as I dont really like either of these perfumes on their own. My layering combo is to try and add a caramel sweet fragrance like D&G the only one with a more citrus fragrance that has oranges or lime like I love love by moschino or D&G light blue. I was inspiried by Xerjoff Lira for the whole citrus/caramel combo and it works!

I might try side by side layering, I tend to put one on top of the other, it becomes a battle, then just one wins, I'm shocked how one perfume can sometimes cancel out the other like that

I love those combinations, I will definitely give some of them a try. The black opium I am right there with you, that one just doesn’t last, but I do have pink sugar,so I will try that!!!Armani Si, is one that I don’t love ,but when I layer side by side with theBe layered,Gelato, it tones the Armani Si down a bit. I’m not sure what note it is that I don’t like but it is a bit irritating. Be layered has some good ones to layer, hence the name. By the way your hair looks so pretty!!

Y by ysl and si passione. I havent done a close up spray then pancake layer, i have done a further away spray so its just mist, then another mist semi ontop. Now and then i do a different one on each wrist and get whafts of both.

I sweetened my rose extase with d&g pour femme, and I also tried layering "something gold" by oscar de la renta and hugo boss the scent private accord ( something gold is citrusy and has cocoa in it, so together it smelled so beautiful!)

Hey josephine, put a dot of bright or opposing nailpolish colour under the sprayer nozzle, or encircle the nozzle with a nail varnish colour so you can see at a glance where it is. Thanks me later 😁

my best layering combo is alien+nina ricci lextase rose absolu. oh my god it smells deep, mysterious, floral and mmmmmmmmmmm. i do not like to layering but i discovered this combo accidentally by putting one on top of another on the same dress, and i was like what is this smell!! then figured. these both are my top favs. thank god I discovered !!!

Thank you for your inspiration! "Le Bain" by Joop! imho can be layered with many fragrances. On its own I don't like it so much (maybe too vintagy to my nose), but layered it gives a sweet and smoky vanilla warmth/depth and a smart twist to other fragrances. I love it in combination with BLANC by S.T. Dupont!

Love your channel. I look forward to your videos the most out of all the perfumistas I follow. My recent combos are Versace Crystal Noir and Oriflame Possess. The coldness of Noir is toned down by the sweetness and warmth of the fruity pineapple in Possess. The other is Stella by Stella McCartney and Judith Lieber Night. I love Stella on its own but if I want a bit more sweet amber and depth I add Night.

I discovered a nice combo mixted, LOVE clohe with the only one if dolce Habana. I like to do It mixing part of both perfumes in the same bottle, so that is a new perfume and just smells the Combo. Blessings!

I am trying to combine Midnight Amber Oscar de la Renta with a fragrance that I would really love the scent. MA smells like a red wine in a wooden barrel at the beginning to me and I do not like it. However, I like the drydown. I would like to layer this fragrance with another one that would overpower the opening of MA. Would somebody recommend me such a fragrance?

I layer rose extase with my bottle of Armani City glam(discontinued) But Yves rocher Comme une evidence will work the same. Rose extase I find it to be too powdery sweet and linear. But that combo comes out smelling like modern Muse Le rouge, not kidding. City Glam gives rose extase more depth due to the Patchouli and oakmoss, little bit earthy and sour. Loving that combo❤️

I don't think I fully understand the side by side methods. I normally do on top bc i have never seen anyone actually shows how exactly to layer them on the skin except you. Is it that I spray one first then instead of on top of each other I spray near to where I had put the first spray?

I like to spray near each other...one on sides of neck and the other front and back; one on wrists and the other on insides of elbow. Experiment to see what works best for you!😊

Hi I'm really new at layering perfumes and I put a perfume I bought on a blind bag came today and to me it's a tad bit strong is more for winter month and now because it was bought Amazon you cannot return I was thinking about giving it away but I just love the bottle of it's absolutely beautiful the reason I bought the perfume it was a woman that was reviewing it they said it smelled like Chanel it does not smell like Chanel like a Chanel Quality Inn brand but it's a bit strong for me and I will don't want to send it back I love the bottle and beautiful and I would like to know what should I blended or layer with the name of the perfume is charriol I don't know if I'm supposed to use a month to make it smell more pleasant or something sweet like vanilla I don't know what to do with it I don't want to give it away I kind of want to wear it but not during the summer not winter months would be better for this fragrance can you please suggest something for me thank you I appreciate it

I find this fascinating! Not sure if you have either of these but was wondering what I could layer Miss Dior Absolutely Blooming and Miss Dior EDP with? I love Blooming but find it too sweet and wish Miss Dior had more patchouli in it. You might try layering a fresh perfume like Hermès Sur le Nil with Absolutely Blooming to cut the sweetness but still stay fresh and bright. Flowerbomb may work well with Miss Dior to amp up the patchouli and blend with the overall structure. In both cases I recommend side-by-side rather than pancake layering. Hope this helps!😊

If you layer Alien (original) + an Oud only fragrance you will get “Allien Oud Majestueux” ! I’ve also layered 2 cheapies together: Pascal Morabito Sultan Noir + Pascal Morabito Gold Edition Oud. 👍🏻

And I don’t get the hype… however, I recently heard and discovered that perfumes that make your nose hurt or just smell too much, If you spray them only near your belly button area and not your neck or any place close to your head, you can appreciate these scents!!! I’ve been trying that with pink sugar and girl of now forever… and I can enjoy them now :)

My husband bought me black opium and while i do like it (my chemistry brings out those white floral notes) i am disappointed in the longevity (for the price which for me was steep). Combining it with pink sugar gave it some depth, and the vanilla grounded it. An added bonus....it delivered a delicious dose of licorice! I am not much of a layering advocate, as i like more purity with my perfume, but with minor tweaks such as this i can see it!
