Typically, it's an attractive trait to know a different language, as it increases her theoretical marketability to those originating from different countries that are familiar with the languages she speaks. The fact that she's beautiful just happens to be a bonus. I get that you probably knew that though, but on the off-chance you didn't, I wanted to explain it to you. Spend some time on the positive side of life. all you had to say was "please don't cap lock your writing" if you found it offensive. Also, you will find that many white girls in the US now talk exactly like this because in multimedia, at least where I live, there is an abundance of language amalgamation as well as appropriation from a predominantly gay culture into everyday english. I have seen prom lines of white girls with blonde hair screaming exactly what you said, so by experience I know you are just trying to bully a person. Also, white youth appropriate black culture straight or gay quickly as well, so there are even cartoon characters that say "yaas" and blue eyed southern belles from Texas who say "slay queen". You pulled Beyonce into this yourself. You don't even have the balls to spell faggot correctly because abbreviation is used allot when you spend so much time on digital devices. Negativity will bring you nowhere in life.

not 100% perfetct but it is for sure very impressing! But in the majority of languages, you will not achieve a native level of speaking, unless you spend your life learning it hahahah So, in the end of the day, it doesnt really matter. If you can communicate and have fun, thats already enough!

@adrihero

SpongeMixify lol that's not true. I mean, it is a FACT that learning languages as a child is a lot easier than learing them as an adult. But in that level of dificulty for us there are other factors that can make it easier, such as the willing and effort one puts into it

I think all African household, or 90% always have 3 languages. I had my mother tongue, English and Kiswahili growing up. Now I know Spanish at conversational level and Japanese, hoping to perfect those and add more languages, definitely French, German and Chinese as well as Korean, but who knows, I might switch it up. And I love Ghanaians, lots of love from Kenya.

Boo It was sort of mandatory for us to talk spanish to our teacher and peers during class unless we had to say something we didn't know in spanish. During the class I would sometimes say that to my peers when given assignments and when my home girl teacher would give me a presentation project or exam, I always would say to her along the lines of "Señora Perez, me estás haciendo querer beber lejía" or "Por favor, termina mi sufrimiento".
@KaliMUA

+Boo well, I'm mexican and in Mexico "lejía" is "cloro" so here we say "voy a tomar cloro" because if you drink "cloro" or "lejia" it means you wanna die. So if you're sad you can say "quiero beber cloro/lejia" it's like a new idiom here😂

amore Oku I think what he’s saying is that American English has no... accent? As in it’s plain. Like if a native were to learn English off an app of some sort, the voice would most likely be American english because British have a more pronounced accent on it which may complicate the people learning. So yes, In a way, American English would be considered “clearer”. Just as normal Spanish would be compared to the Spain kind.

Sarah partially true. There's research proving total immersion doesn't make it faster unless there's an equal focus on translating and understanding. I would know as well I moved to Mexico expecting to pick it up even had classes and I would say it didn't make that much of a difference except for picking up slang and was lucky to live with an English and Spanish speaker to help. I loved living there but it was quite the effort to learn when I leaned on the idea of immersion

Der Pizzer she said she grew up hearing three languages: English, German, and a Ghanaian language. You can hear the influence it has on her accent. Maybe you don’t hang around a lot of Africans but I do and I can clearly hear her African accent as well as her German accent. If I were to meet her in the store I’d assume she’s African before I’d assume she’s German because her African accent sounds familiar to me.

It's easier than you might think. After you become fluent in more than one language, switching between them is more of a reflex than a thought process. When you are walking, and then switch to running, you're aware that you are now running, but you didn't think about how to switch between the two, you just did it. Switching between languages is much the same. But there is one thing that is very difficult to change: the language you use to do mathematics. The vast majority of us do maths in our native languages, no matter how fluent we become in others. The human brain is fascinating.

The other languages I speak are obviously English, Spanish, and Russian. I hope to learn 8 languages or more like you one day. This video was very inspirational. Thanks! EDIT: Thanks for all the likes! I have a feeling if I started mildly/organised with like two, maybe it would help me keep focus, and notice the differences in the languages. The thing about languages is so weird, I'm Mexican therefore my first language will always be Spanish. On the other hand I have 3 years living and studying in the US and it's so weird that while I'm in school all of a sudden I start thinking and counting in English but while I'm at home (where we all speak Spanish) I start thinking and counting in Spanish. I have about two years learning French and while I'm in my French classes I start thinking half in French and half in English but no Spanish. It's so weird. Also I see how my personality kinda changes as I'm changing the language. In Spanish I'm so active and I talk so happy and lots of jokes, while I speak English I seem more like a quiet person and I'd be a lot more respectful than I actually am in Spanish or French. When I speak French I'm all about the childish stuff and I still don't get myself...

I speak English and Spanish, but somehow I understood most of what she was saying in Portuguese, this made me want to learn that language just so I can know more!

Sara grammar-wise it's quite simillar to spanish, so i'd say you're already in a good path! mainly, you will have to learn a new vocabulary (some words are the same in spanish, but most of them are different) and, like she said, the pronunciation (things like the sound of DI-, DE-, L at the end of words). it's a beautiful language, i hope you have a good time learning it (:

yeah, because if you speak fluent spanish you also can understand the basics of italian and brazilian portuguese (idk if the portuguese of portugal too, I never heard anyone from there) and sorry about my english

it's very very close to brazilian portuguese, but the... cadence? rhythm, i guess? with which you speak portuguese from Portugal is different. and yeah, italian is also easier to learn if you have already learned spanish!

Sara You should also be able to read french. The pronunciations are different but it's very similar.

Your brazilian portuguese is almost perfect. Congratulations! I have a friend from Senegal who speaks several languages: french, Wolof (local language from Senegal), english and portuguese. He learned to speak a perfect portuguese in 6 months!

How did he manage to learn portuguese in 6 months? My native language is french but my mom is from portugal and dad from peru and I can't neither speak both. I really want to learn portuguese first, then spanish.

Isn't Wolof from Gambia? Or is it a shared language between both countries?

I don't know exactly how he did it so fast, but in 6 months I was able to talk portuguese with him like I do with a brazilian, without slowing down and using local expressions. He had an accent, but was very easy to understand him.
