The Muscle Up is one of the most popular skills in calisthenics and the Slow Muscle Up is one of the hardest variations of this skill because you don't take advantage of momentum.
I always wanted to learn it so recently I challenged myself and learned it within only 2 days. In this video I show you how I did it and how you can do it as well!

@@AndriyLoeffler I would love to see that video! I can do around 5 ring muscle-ups you can see on my channel, but doing it slow seems impossible for me. Without momentum I got no chance of making the transition.
