I’m experiencing my first break up and I’m trying to learn to be okay again without him. It’s just hard when you want to fix something or accepting that someone doesn’t want to be with you at this moment. So this video came at the perfect time I’m trying to manifest that I will heal again. The shame, starting over, all of this I’m trying to deal with! And I’m only 22 and i know it’s silly but it really is hard! I’m afraid of accepting that you can love again because that means the other party can too, and then I’m afraid of feeling that rejection all over again. But I’m really inspired by you Jeannie! You grew from this so well!

Wow. This exactly happened to me. I'm 22 years old and I had my first breakup last year December from a 7 year relationship. It left me shattered, I still feel as if am not enough, I sometimes cry myself to sleep because I've been with this person for a very long time and we both made plans that would never come true. I'm getting better and learning to love myself each passing day, I hope you do the same. Sending you love and light Alex

I hope you know you’re making a great decision and doing yourself a favour and I applaud you for your braveness Alex! YOU SAID SOMETHING THAT HELPED ME! It is 10pm and I'm sitting in my home office. My husband and I are quarantined and not speaking. I don't feel that he loves me and I just can't be with him anymore, but I have been scared. We have 2 big homes together large financial bills. We just moved into our dream house! It hurts so much because I do love him but I feel that it is not reciprocated. After looking at your video with Jeezy's proposal and I knew! I KNEW I need love like that, and not someone who would watch me cry and not say a word and walk away. The thing that you said was, you envisioned your fears and how you would work through it. I am going to do that and move forward. I love myself and sense he doesn't, I'm going to tear down everything that we have built and build a new life with someone who loves me...that person is me. Thank you so much Jeannie... I'm in tears...

Firstable, CONGRATULATIONS ON THE ENGAGEMENT!!! I'M SO HAPPY FOR YOU & JEEZY!!! I'M EVEN MORE HAPPY THAT YOU FOUND THE ONE THAT MAKES YOU HAPPY AS WELL!!! THIS IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST THIS TO HAPPEN DURING THIS "QUARANTINE SEASON" FOR ME. I MEAN I WAS CRYING TEARS OF JOY IT WAS THAT SERIOUS!!! Secondable, This video was GREAT advice. I've kinda been trying to find love myself (by that I mean I just work so much that I don't have much time really), but when I think I found someone, I don't know, It just doesn't end well for me. And I be thinking, was it something I did, or is she just not feeling me or what is it? And I think I been trying to find love because I been alone (meaning single) mostly all my life & nobody will ever love me. But now that I watched this video (like I watch ALL your videos) & listened to YOU, I'm gonna figure out what all my fears are, play out scenarios (in my head) of what not to do, & avoid them, figure out what specifically it is I want in a relationship & also spend time with myself, just be myself & love myself also & see what happens from there. THANK YOU JEANNIE FOR INSPIRING ME ONCE AGAIN & I HOPE YOU GUYS ARE STAYING SAFE OUT THERE & LOVE YOU GUYS!!! ❤❤❤ Sorry I typed most of it in all caps, I'M JUST SO HAPPY FOR YOU TWO!!!

After you identify it, literally throw that shit out of your circumference and just step out in love. I was also in a 10 year relationship that was over years prior. We finally split when I found him with someone else. Although I was unhappy in our relationship, I didn’t think I would ever have to start over. Starting over was such a scary thought to me. I was with that person from 14 to 24. We moved in together at a young age and I never experienced having my own place. I am now 25 and since our relationship ended I’ve moved out on my own and have met someone new. It’s hard being on my own for the first time but it’s getting better.

Maciie Muniz You have gone thru a very long relationship at such a young age. Please understand that there is no need to be in a hurry, you are so young...25!!! I cannot stress enough how important it is to learn who you are, who you want to be, & what you want...it is so important to gain that strength and personal knowledge. Make yourself your first priority. You’ve got so much time...enjoy you! Go take some random classes...like cooking or dance or art...be open to something a little different to enjoy and learn and grow from. Enjoy your new place! Have some girlfriends over for some wine therapy, girl talk and movies. Even better, plan a weekend getaway with friends or vacation! (Of course after covid 19) Good luck with the new relationship...just don’t rush anything. It’s ok to take time to take a step back and “do you” and learn to really understand and love yourself...you have so much ahead of you, now is the time for you!

"once you feel heard, you feel motivated. It's when you don't feel heard that you start feeling stuck." OMG. I CRIED WHEN YOU SAID THIS. On this month of April, I was going to have my college graduation ceremony. I am first-generation and the past 4 years have been the toughest years of my life. I will be graduating debt-free. I also wrote an original song and worked on the track. I had it all done and ready to perform at my graduation party. Now, everything is canceled. I am a student worker so once I technically graduate, I will be jobless. I worked my but off, managing 2 jobs (3 if youtube counts), and had a total of 5 internships just to be jobless after graduation. I feel like my family does not understand nor my friends (again,). You'll get through this, and all your dreams will manifest... perhaps not in the way you intend but your visions for yourself and your future will come in a way that is more right and perfect for you than you could have imagined. I have faith for you. Everything in its own time sis. and if someone hasn't told you yet you are a badass chick and I am proud of you. Maybe God is giving you this time to rest and breathe because the next period of your life will be this beautiful chaos.

I was in a bad relationship years ago, and I remember leaving, having my own place with my son. I didn’t know what to do, who I was anymore, I took two and a half years to myself. I went to college, got my G.E.D. And I went back to my old self. I met a good man, I’ve been with him 10 years (married 9 years now). I now know, what a healthy marriage is supposed to be about. Thank you for this. I had a breakup in late 2018, it went fine, though once my ex moved on late in 2019 it devastated me. It’s 2020 and I’m still just feeling guilty about all of it. The fact that you said it took you 2 1/2 years REALLY helped me not feel alone. So far it’s been a year and a half and I know it will take me longer to get over this. I think everyday that I’m never gonna get over this tho....But I know I will. I believe in myself.

Amy Sue you got this girl. And NEVER feel guilty for it not working out. When your in a relationship, both of you should put your pet to make it work. I took my time, and I loved every minute of it. I spent so much time with my parents (been married 46 years now). Sadly, my daddy has cancer right now so it’s been so hard this last week... but I know all of these tough times pass for all of us. Life is meant to make mistakes, and learn from them as well. And it’s ok to cry, be angry, and let your self heal mentally and emotionally. I did, times are tough right now, but we will get through this together. Wishing you nothing but the best. 🌻🙏🏼🥰😘 Don’t give up on your happiness!!!!

Jeannie I wholeheartedly agree with this! I was single for a little over a year after a break up (was with someone for 2+ years) before meeting my husband. In that year I invested in myself- I tried new activities, focused on my own personal projects, started meditating and before I knew it I was really enjoying being single. I started to think about the type of relationship I wanted the next time around. I got really specific about the type of partner I wanted and legit a few weeks after I did that I met my husband. I always joke that I manifested him into reality. Like you, I knew the moment I met him. We both felt it instantly on our first date (Aug 2017), the rest is history. It sounds cliche but once you get in the groove of REALLY loving yourself the universe reciprocates that energy by sending you more AUTHENTIC Love.

I believe once I started growing closer to Christ I truly began loving myself again, or should I say loving myself at the start. I began to realize that if God loves me through all I've done, through all I will do, and have been through than I too can love myself. I had to realize that when God forgives me I am truly forgiven and I had to stoop holding myself accountable for things that I can not change, things others did, and how I treated myself. I forgave myself, and that is truly when I started to love myself, accepting Jesus Christ truly changed my life. God bless, Jesus loves you. He forgives you and accepts you, now it is time to forgive and accept yourself. You are no longer of your old ways, or of sin. You are changed, move on and don't look back unless he tells you to. God bless. - Tiara words from God. A prayer to be saved by Jesus Christ: Lord, forgive me of my sins. I repent of all my sins to you Father. Allow me to see myself in you again, let go of my past, Lord. Allow me to be renewed, allow me to see the light in you. In times of darkness I became of the shadows, but in you I want to be of light again. Bless me Lord, Keep me Lord. I accept Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior today and I declare and decree that I am changing my ways. I look to you in dark times, in rough times, in all times God. I am now a Child of God through Jesus Christ. Lord, You alone are my fortress, You are my refuge. In Jesus's name I pray this prayer and ask for protection over my life, accepting the covenant now over me and my family to come, as I say Amen. Congratulations on now being a child of God. I love you, but most importantly Jesus loves you! A prayer to forgive yourself: Dear Lord, you forgive me. You say I am free, free from it all. Allow me not to see myself as hurt and bruised. Allow me to see me the way you do, as clean, beautiful, and as a child of God the one true King. Keep me safe Oh Lord, renew my thoughts and my mind. Deliver me from evil and keep me safe in your hands. Shield me from darkness and allow my eyes to see the YOU in ME. Thank you Lord, I am redeemed by you, therefore I forgive myself and will no longer see myself as unclean, dirty, ugly, angry or broken. I am not of my past, I will not worry about the future. Instead Lord, I will trust in you. Allow me to remember the greatness you have and that it is instilled in me. In Jesus' name I prayer this prayer. Amen.

First things first! Congratulations on you guys' engagement! 💕💕 Just love love love this video! Yasss to ALL of that unapologetically beautifully manifested wisdom. I always felt wisdom isn't experience(s) alone...It's the LEARNING from experience(s). You show that so beautifully. It brings to mind that Ernest Hemingway quote "we're all broken, that's how the light gets in"...finding and learning yourself is definitely a road of travel and the light of all your own truth is the only thing that gets you through that type of darkness. For me I've been learning soooo much about myself since I've been divorced. At first it was so scary. I had a lot of general fears of being 32(at the time) starting over with 3 kids, leaving the only relationship I ever knew, broken mentally and physically, hanging on a spiritual thread. Added with that fear was unfortunately I left a very abusive relationship with a highly trained sociopath so NEVER wanted to put others in danger and definitely didn't want to have this set the tone for future relationship(s). I also had a LOT of self esteem and confidence issues to work through because of this. I didn't have to just work through my toxic inner dialogue I now had to work through my ex-husband's too...that used to be a dark lonely place a times. It's 3 years now, I still haven't started dating honestly don't know what to expect these days. My ex my only real dating experience and that was 15 years ago. I'm not against it. I just want to work on myself and kiddos without distractions. I snuck off to sole what I called "soul" counseling 6 months before escaping my exhusband to armor myself with a stronger healthier mental state. Upon leaving I made a promise to myself to NEVER ALLOW RESPECT TO BECOME OPTIONAL ever again!! In addition to that, know what a healthy me looked like "for me" emotionally, psychologically, spiritually, financially, physically etc. to have the ability to continuingly maintain and sustain a healthy relationship with myself at all times, no matter who I choose to be with. Resetting my once toxic love meter to register "happy" and "healthy" as one and the same. Being a mother of 3, I exercise more caution too. I've accepted when I'm ready it will happen. Till then I've learn to identify what I see as "time" as cycles/processes. I'm allowing me this process...it's allowed me to be more realistic when setting and executing goals. Thank you for your beautiful words. Continue to enjoy all the happiness you built and deserve!!!😘💕

Example- Reasons why she stopped talking Mama Mai) - Vision (on the same page for the future so you can grow together) - Forgiveness (in a working relationship you are going to make mistakes and let people down) - Unity (be passionate about certain aspects - not everything) - Healthy Love (Healthy- nurturing each others souls, holding each other, 5 love languages)

Been there hun. Mark my words...have his shit blocked! No contact rule. Bc once you're looking right and living life he'll make the Biggest U-turn! Narcissistics hate a woman they couldn't keep down. He'll hear about your best days ahead thru the vine. Keep his negativity from you. In the meantime remind yourself how you felt like shit and down all the time with that person. Thank God for the freedom and be smiling without them. You're lucky you got away some never do. 🥰👏❤

Amen to EVERYTHING that you said about narcissists! I almost married one last year, but was wise enough to finally walk away and dodge a “hollow point” bullet, lol. Their ego and delusional superiority complex prevents them from being able to wrap their minds around how the woman they did everything in their power to emotionally destroy and break could walk away from THEM in the end. Healing, moving forward, and ultimately being happy and whole is the narcissists worst nightmare.

I can so related to Jeannie and her last relationship. My relationship end a year ago and I took time to fall in love with myself and it has been the best thing ever. When you truly love yourself it’s like that energy starts to attractive both men and women in your life. I learned not to overthink and to truly be myself so I could tell by a initial conversation with guy whether we would be compatible. I didn’t rush and out of all the times I was single this was the first time I truly became happy with me. When you love yourself you know you worth and what you deserve, in turn you don’t accept anything less. I’ve been a dating guy that I meet (I rejected 2 others that day when he approached me) and it was almost like an instant connection. I think people don’t take time out to love themselves and when they start to dating someone who loves them unconditionally they are stocked because they were so use to accepting the bare minimum. Congrats Jeannie!

Jeannie, I love this message so much - it’s so true! I took about 1 year to be single and committed to helping myself grow and becoming the woman I wanted to be and I achieved it to a degree. I am still a work in progress. I didn’t even want to date but sure enough I attracted one of the kindest and most generous souls I’ve ever met and we started dating! To reach my goals, I stopped feeling bad for myself and took action! I stopped being lazy and worked every day to be the woman who could attract a better man than my ex and it worked. I managed to lose 53 pounds getting down to my goal-weight. It’s all about rewiring your brain for success! Good luck everyone. YOU CAN DO IT IF YOU PUT IN THE WORK!! 😊❤️😊❤️

First of all, Jeannie you don’t look a day over 25, secondly, every word you spoke was so genuine, straight from the heart and so inspiring. You’re so sure of yourself and that energy is so contagious. Much love from 🇸🇪

I truly understand what you were saying, I got married young, I was 22 when I got married, and after I got divorced I was jumping in and out of relationships, so my teens an my 20's was gone so when I was 30 I said myself no can't do this no more I had to learn who I was for about 6 years got in a relationship didn't work gave myself about another 3 years, I had to learn also what was it that I wanted like you, so I did what you did made a list an also pray. An at 42 I remarried 20 years later an I was bless like you said it just started with just a hello, had no intention on dating or hooking up we just had a good conversation and what funny the night we met neither one us didn't even want to come out that night we only came out because of are friends push for us to come out and that when we met for the first time. Sorry for this comment being so long.

I just ended a relationship after 10 years and this video really spoke to me. She hit the nail on the head. It’s Inspiring that she not only found love again but it seems like she found her soul mate. That’s encouraging.

i'm so happy for jeannie. she is so deserving of happiness and self-confidence and love, and i think she tries to let other people know that we all are. it's so beautiful seeing how happy she is, as an individual and as a partner. and she's just such a genuine person and really keeps it real. idk there's just a level of vulnerability and openness that she has that i respect. i feel like i relate to her with so much ✨🥺

Wow, when she started talking about the first time her and Jeezy locked eyes I got emotional right along with her. Despite their celebrity, status, etc. you can tell they really saw and acknowledged each other for who they are inside. That’s so deep and I’m so happy for the both of them. I hope they live happily ever after! ❤️

I love how open Jeannie is. I was in a long relationship I told myself I was going to get to know me. And for one year I did that. I learned so much about my self. After that year I met my husband and we have a newborn now. Three years together now. It’s so crazy cause at that moment I was so broke. Didn’t think I was going to be ok. But I understand what Jeannie said.

Honestly, hearing you talk about J and when you talk about him how emotional you get because you become so overwhelmed with finding the love your soul needed in him.... it makes me so happy. So happy for you. And it gives me hope. 31, and I've given up on it. Because I've been so... different.

Tornetta Tayourie same. Regret it so so bad. 25-31 just gone 😢 when this pandemic is over I am RUNNING and working on loving me again. I also feel shame and embarrassment like why would I stay so long why not get up and leave if it has been over so long. I never thought I’d be that person smh
