Great advice, even for people who may not suffer from depression but are just feeling low or like they are in a rut so to speak. I do need my chocolate though, LOL! Yes exercise, cycling for me. Dressing so we feel good about ourselves, definitely. You always look amazing, a great inspiration. Of course music really does help lift you up. My dad listened to Beethoven a lot. For me I listen to all sorts depending on how I feel, just been listening to some Gong before making this comment. Great guitar lesson too. Vielen Dank
