Thank you for the inspirational video. I have been in this same kind of learning funk for a while now. I use a lot of the same learning tools. And I agree, Lawless Frence is awesome! I am trying to find my inspiration to keep going in my French learning journey. Good for you going to Paris for that class! Maybe I should do that as well. I definitely could do Paris for two or three months. Best wishes on your french language success!

The learning funks are definitely tricky to try to get out of!! I found the in-person experience truly the best catalyst for change!! I’ve also heard of some amazing programs in the States as well.

Thanks for this helpful information. Like you, my goal is C1. I have the Delf B2 but don't quite feel ready for the C1 yet. I've lived in France for almost 5 years - zero French experience before moving here. I use English at work and we speak English at home, obvious impediments to learning faster. I just finished 5 months of Lingoda classes. It was very helpful overall, but I stopped because of inconsistent quailty of teachers plus fewer class offerings in my available time frame. Good luck on reaching your goal!

Your language learning progress is very impressive! I can’t imagine starting from square one in French - I feel my basic high school French provided me with such great learning blocks! I do agree with you in that Lingoda can get "old" after awhile.

Amazing, thanks for sharing! I’ve done all the things you’ve done apart from the intensive class in France. Some days I feel like quitting, others I feel like I can achieve fluency 🤣🤪😭😅 I’ve seen italki teachers advertise themselves as delf/dalf prep teachers so maybe that’s something that will help you! Bonne chance 🍀✨💖✌️

Merci pour votre commentaire ! I agree with you in that language learning is never a linear process - there are good days and bad days for sure. I’ll definitely think about hiring an iTalki for my exam prep!

Merci ! Je suis natif de Montréal (anglais & français), mais un peu rouillé en français. Aussi, Québecois n'est pas la même chose que français de la France. Merci pour les ressources et bonne chance ! 😀
