The brand-name is not on the product, only the brand logo (i.e. just the apple logo without saying the words "Apple" anywhere on the product), in your opinion, would that fail the requirements Amazon has?

Hello, I don’t see why it wouldn’t. I assume you’re selling all of your POD products under your own brand/label. So get brand approval for your brand and you’ll be able to list all your future products (that you’re selling under that brand) under your brand without going through the approval process again.
