Visualization is so huge! Seeing yourself cross that finish line in 2:34:59. Doesn't take much time. A few minutes a day. Congrats on your London Marathon Finish! Marathons are hard and unpredictable. You are ELITE!!! Hydration during the race is crucial! Last month I ran a PB of 2:35.59! Every 5 or so miles I had a 150cal gel with about 10-12oz of water. Later in the race I would switch it up and drank 10-12oz of electrolyte drink. Helped me to not cramp up too bad or bonk those last few miles. You would think with that much water I would have to go pee. Nope no potty breaks lol. I sweat a lot! Love to hear the recap soon! Stay 🙌 blessed!

Agreed. Do you visualise yourself in first or third person? Thank you mate, it was a great experience! What's strange is that method worked for me in Paris perfectly, however, those extra 2/3 BPM must've increased my internal temperature which resulted in losing more electrolytes and sodium in my sweat. Success is never linear, I'll go again! Awesome mate, that's a brilliant time! You'll get that sub 2:35 next time I'm sure! Keep pushing.

I'm smiling listening to you Jim, I think you know why. This is what makes you authentic. You look at the wholeself:the physical body, emotions, mindset and the spirituality. We are all made up of all 4 parts, let's not ignore any of them as they create strength and resilience when used in balance.
