This video came at the perfect time. Just been diagnosed with high blood pressure and high cholesterol so I'm determined to make changes to improve my health. I went veggie last year but now attempting to go plant based. Looking forward to part two.

Congratulations on your weight loss. From a health and nutrition perspective as you mention zero calorie foods like the syrups etc are made with synthetic chemicals and butter does actually contain a lot of important fat soluble vitamins like A, B12, D, E, K2 and olive oil is also a healthy fat - 1 tsp / 5g is roughly 40 cals.

I’m defo no nutritionists or give advice like I am? I’m just sharing what’s worked for me. I’m having one coffee a day with a tiny amount of skinny syrup vs eating thick layers of butter on crumpets, so my personal opinion is I’m making a better choice for me. But again these are my personal views not advice or nutritional information ♥️

I just lost my father to colon cancer and this video is exactly what I needed to see! Not knowing where to start, feeling overwhelmed knowing I have to loose 20kg bit just feeling so confused. Thank you!

I have big respect for your advice and approach to weight loss 🙏🏻 It’s so easy to overlook the ‘small things’ when in fact a series of small changes is what can make the biggest difference for most people! I lost 1.5 stone by adopting these healthy habits and after 2 years of committing to these, I’ve managed to maintain this weight loss and now consider these things my ‘normal’. I also underestimated how big the impact of age can have on weight, tiredness, how you feel generally (going into my 30s) and I think these changes have helped mitigate the impact. Thanks for spreading such a positive and healthy message Emily 💖

Great video. I lost about stone and half since March. Did gain back a few pounds over Christmas with the quality street and wine. But am back on the intermittent fasting and vegan diet since last Friday. I love exercising and try as many different ways to exercise. This is great video and well done on your healthy change. And thank you for being so down to earth and lovely. X

Thank you for this video. Love seeing ones for weight loss which aren’t just all about how you look but about how you feel. I am currently at the weight of your starting weight and am looking to become fitter and healthier. I don’t drink anymore (apart from sometimes on special occasions and on holiday) and have been pescatarian for 2 years now. Will be following your weight loss journey for inspiration 😊

Hi, I've followed you for a while here and on IG and this video is giving me the inspiration and motivation I need. I feel gross after overindulging over Xmas with food and alcohol but to be honest, i haven't been prioritising myself anyway so that clip at the start was great to watch. Hopefully I turn a corner this year! I would love to see what you eat in a day and recipe ideas especially ones the whole family might eat. You look amazing btw. Hope this year is good to you and your family xx

Thank you for putting your success story of eating well and moving your body online. A realistic representation of how to do it for long term gains In a very practical way. So many don’t know where to start. It’s small steps and small increments. Thank you for giving people small steps they can take to reduce body fat. Not muscle because that’s important to keep. It’s got to be a consistent daily conscious choice. It’s not hard and weight loss should be gradual. A food diary, not for punishment but to take stock of what you are eating and correlating it to how you felt that day, brings more self awareness to why we eat. This whole healthy eating, movement lifestyle is about taking care of our human body so we can have a longer healthier life.

Consistancy pays off. I gained 35lbs during covid. Only 6 more left to lose. It's taken a while but so worth it. You should be very proud of yourself

I lost 15 kilos during Covid (as opposed to most people lol) but I gained it back last year, mainly due to stress and putting other things ahead of my interests. I know how to lead a healthy life so it’s time to get back on track.

My struggle is binging I get terrible shakes at work from lack of breaks and food and it’s just easy to have chocolate to get my sugar back up 😢 definitely need to swap that for something else

Try those 99 cal mini cookies! still sweet but limiting how much you have and then have a meal prep ready to go! I snack on hummas and carrot sticks or apple and peanut butter if i need something quick but healthy! So yum!

Thank you for sharing. I've just had some carrots and hummus, then 6 quality street (which is me limiting myself and using them up 😂). I am a butter and crumpet girl too, I do think butter is better than some spreads but will try and use olive oil spread instead, but I am curious what do you do for your cheese kick??? Xx
