@@lmilostr Not me. I own a single family home I rent out, with same tenants 11 years now. No mortgage. Easy peasy. And it'smuch easier to rent a house with a yard, forkids and pets. I don't rent to Section 8, too regulated and properties torn up often, according to ex-section 8 landlords. HUD laws not applicable to most small landlords with 1-3 rental houses or duplexes. But each state regulates landlord tenant laws, and FL is my state. Yours may vary.

These are pretty similar to some investments I took the past couple of years. Personally, I'm more accepting of risk so I'll take a plunge with bitcoin. Another investment I've been eyeballing was cobalt, nickel, lithium stocks. Big countries are phasing out combustion engine cars, so there will be a need for EVs to take over. These are raw materials necessary for the future growth.
