Luke, I am an 18 year old guy and through watching your videos these past two or three weeks since discovering you I've dug myself out of the depression I was in, my room that looked as if a bomb had gone off in it and now it's spotless, I've gone from hating my job to genuinely enjoying it and striving for promotion and through affirmations I feel more confident in myself and my abilities. people... if you have decent discipline and habits built, protect them like they are sacred. I like mine fall, and now I'm in a total hellrealm. Ive been in a hellish state for three months and it was worn now my soul. Perpetually overstimulated and miserable, feel like I have no free will. Thoughts have become really really dark. I am unrecognizable to who i was three months ago. I went from great shape, great sleep, great habits, and continuous progress towards my desired future, to totally miserable, always exhausted, no motivation, and incapable of escaping dopamine cycles. If you have discipline and good habits, DO NOT LET THEM SLIP. BE RELIGIOUS ABOUT MAINTAINING THAT ORDER IN YOUR LIFE.
