I graduated last year and was exactly at the point you are, really terrified about my new life after uni and all the choices I had to make. I won't lie, it was a stressful year with many sleepless nights and anxious moments. But, in the end, if you make choices that feel right, you'll most likely end up in a space that is good for you. I think whatever choices you make, you'll always stick with this feeling that it is never exactly everything you hoped for it to be. But that reminds me of a quote I once heard: _you can be everything you want to be in life, but not all at the same time._ And that idea can give a lot of comfort.

For me, I haven’t properly set goals and reflected for the past two years of my life just because I was caught up with work and life - but since I’m going back to school this year, I felt like it was time for me to dive back into something I used to do obsessively during my school years - planning, reflecting and working on self growth. I found that I’ve been living my life on autopilot for a while, and going to uni is a step that I’m taking to combat this: also something that’s not been pressured by anyone to do, it’s purely just me wanting to learn and gain more knowledge again! And I know uni is a more expensive way of doing this, but it’s a higher commitment and thus what will work for me haha. Wishing you the best in your final year Jade, I know you’ll figure out the future + you have more than enough time. ❤

I love my physical books and journals so I felt averse to using Notion for this... but now I'm on the Notion train with you guys!! I think it is great to have a different way to organize my goals and have it in a different place. It will be useful to review every month too. Yay for trying to ways of doing things (one of my intentions this year hehe)

id also reccomend learning to track your menstrual cycle, knowing what phase your in helps understand changes in moods, feelings in the body. I'm going to start tracking so I can tailor my climbing training to be more intuite to my own body

I feel you so much!🦎I‘ll finish my masters degree from a top-ten-uni this summer and i‘m so terrified of what comes next! My goal has always been to receive great education and now I somehow (with the help of many scholarships🙏) just did that and reached this goal! 💐 But everything from where I live to my job and my entire social life are tied to my uni, so having to let go of all of that so soon is incredibly scary, because I am so happy with where I am right now..🍄 I hope for all of us that everything will turn out okay!! 🍀🍀🍀

The thing that I love about setting new goals is that there is never any certainty of what or where we will be by the end of the year. But that doesn't stop us from setting them anyways. I think the beauty in that is we don't need to set crazy huge goals to accomplish in order to still make them. They can be as big or small as we want. And if we end up not resonating with them anymore, we can always pivot or change them 🤎

It’s an annoying waste of time to encounter creeps who treat networking as having a potential romantic chance with someone, or people who turn out to be jealous and try to sabotage chances, or people who passively claim they “will see what can be done” or if they know someone who might assist, but then not help in any way at all.
