I finally left my hometown for the first time ever. And I’m so happy, leaving the toxicity of my family behind and moving forward with the family I’m building. ❤

This was just what I needed, this year I need to let go of a job I’ve had for so long and I do love it and I’ve reduced the hours over the years but now I need to truly embrace my PT business and believe that I no longer need the safety of my other job. I also want to keep working on my relationship with God that’s a massive priority. So excited for this year.Looking forward to all your content Dayana I never get bored of it ❤🙏🏽

I truly enjoy your channel bc a lot of our values and goals and ambitions , match! I am putting GOD over everything and everyone! Seeking HIM first before I vent or go to others for their opinions. Upping my steps each week. CrossFit 4-5 times a week. Focus on my calories and protein intake. Travel more and try new restaurants. And the best thing I’m doing this year is- starting a women’s small group in my church! So excited where GOD is taking me this year! 🙌🏼

Yes, totally agree with a drama free 2025! And I totally get wanting a change for the new year, regardless if it's your environment or your own personal look/vibes. I didn't go out for New Year's Eve. Love the curly hair. LOVE the quote by Alex Hermozi. I recently discovered his channel, he's awesome. You've gained over 1000 subbies since you recorded this clip, anything is possible!!!! My goals for 2025: Reach 4000 watch hours on YT, More day trips, and Michigan stay-cations; financial goals, purchasing a farmhouse with my name on it.

Goals for 2025: Train consistently: Commit to 3-4 days a week of strength training or cardio, depending on your goals. Focus on balanced meals: Prioritize whole foods, with an emphasis on protein, fiber, and hydration. Track progress: Whether through journaling, tracking your meals, or logging workouts, keep a record to monitor improvements and make adjustments. Practice recovery: Ensure you're getting enough sleep (7-9 hours), stretching, and incorporating rest days into your routine to allow your body to heal and grow.
