*Essence of the 50min video* Solve the business problem you're facing in this exact order: 1. *Niche* - find your niche 2. *Transformation* - if people buy, what is the transformation gained/problem solved 3. *Price* - your price should be cheaper than the hurdles/problems buyers face 4. *Mechanism* - this is the delivery aka ebook, course, forum, coaching, product etc etc 5. *Access* - ways or channels you engineer to scale to a wider audience Good luck!

I did a Dopamine Detox in June because of you (2 days after you stopped uploading) and now that I decided I'll do another on Friday, you come up on my feed again with this! Amazing, gonna get everything down, the whats (goals), the whys (reason the goal is important), the whos (identity shift) and the hows (plan). And I have a feeling that I'll start on my creator journey after that Edit: just finished watching awesome video thank you so much for this andrew looking forward to seeing more from you !

You have provided so much value in your walk and talk - and run, climb, and jump. In a ‘the world is your oyster’ stage of this, it is immeasurably helpful to have a framework with which to begin. What I also find really inspiring, is that you, someone who has made more money than most presumably, is taking time for a walk in the woods. Fantastic. Also, that bit about money psychology was illuminating. Thankd

Just watched/listened to this video, I love your storytelling. I’ve come to similar conclusions myself and am working on my own project from that point view. However nothing on the scale of what you’re talking about. That said, I loved seeing English countryside, I’m 2 weeks before my due date and I’ve got this incredible urge to go out for a walk now. 😂 luckily it’s lovely winter sunny day here, so I’ll be following your example in a few minutes. ☀️😁

Andrew - Brilliant video and a beautiful reminder of the muddy wonderment of the English countryside (Devon born but been abroad the last 8 years) I have a coaching biz - Worked with some very high level gents - Hit 5-10k per month but looking for clarification around positioning and systems to make it consistent and predictable - I know what I offer is incredibly valuable looking for clarity about how to package it all up Just wondering if you do 1v1 mentorship - Or even just a 1 time call - I'm looking to invest and I love your takes - Would love to get in contact

@@blueshanks1 You know, Uni it's cool. But it's a personal decision in my opinion. I decided it because I think I'll be learning more valuable stuff, how to sell, marketing, grow my own business... But probably I'll go back to uni when I'm ready, and when I have a nice place to do deep work, I'll go back to finish it, just for the fun of studying.

Any advice on niche research? I really struggle finding niches that does not already seem oversaturated. If I were to go with a passion of mine, it would be visual branding, which in itself is a fine niche, but if the business model isn't providing branding services, then teaching it in some way it is the second option, but it seems to me that this isn't exactly a high paying audience, in fact it seems like an audience that is broke and want to learn logo design to start making money. So Im back to square one trying to find a niche

I've noticed many of protocols from project management can be used in everyday life. Like problem solving algorithm. Or risk management. But they are not used almost at all because they often are so badly described and explained that I need to explain them with my own words to people in the company I work for. And then they become the key to many gates.

hi Andrew, thank you for the talk. I think the value in such videos is exponentially dependent on time, not linearly. I would like to ask: 1. what are the access channels? I didn‘t really understand that and I feel like you haven‘t explained properly. 2. what is the video with the 13 steps? the only video that is showing on the screen is the 18 minutes long ''the truth about the new rich''
