Great haul! I'm sure I would have purchased some of those items since they were in new condition. But I don't usually buy many train related items because I don't know enough about them. I LOVE that you straightened up the table for them and that you always put your cart back. That is a HUGE pet peeve of mine. I constantly remind my kids to always put the shopping cart back. It's so nice to know there are still some considerate people in the world! Good luck selling the rest of your items!

Amazing haul..I am so shocked that others were all looking and just passed. And also shocked that 3 days items were still there and then half off..simply stunned...great video as always love the new format as i say everytime always waiting for the breakdown but on this one day 1 kinda made all the profit needed and next hauls were just gravy. I’ve only really just started watching KZbin channels all users on flipping a garage sales etc and what I love about you is you do a commentary so it’s not boring. A couple of others so make great profits but just watching them shop is really quiet. So the commentary that you give over the top, is actually really engaging and I just want to say thank you because it is keeping me really engaged. One that I was also engaged with was a couple and they were really funny. But someone on their own generally not talking I lose interest. The only thing I do request is when you put a thing up in writing, it’s really Difficult to read because it goes so quickly. I have to rewind and pause. Which is okay but just something I have noticed after watching a few different flipping people. But keep up the good work. You’re really engaging me and I am enjoying watching you and loving the commentary

So, the Locker Nuts just sold a bunch of train items. He actually found out there’s a certain website train collectors buy & sell, so u might want to try that kind of place to sell your tracks and switches. 😎👍🏼Hope you make great profits!

Omg amazing haul and profit….. i’m starting to think about seriously selling stuff on eBay but the fees are just a killer, but marketplace is meh. So when I saw how much you spent on the second day, I nearly choked on my coffee as it’s like 10 times what I spend normally. I think the most I’ve ever spent in one transaction was about 50 or $60. And it’s usually all stuff for me, And I have to justify it to husband by saying I’ve got you this. (a token thing. Lol). But I am thinking about getting into flipping. I’ve just gotta convince husband to go to garage sales. But yeah I nearly had a bit of a “what that” moment when you spent $374, and then realise the day before you spent loads and it wasn’t even a half price, but given how much you made it was worth every single cent. When it comes to ebay fees, just make it part of the math before you purchase something. As long as the item has good sell through and the end result net profit is acceptable to you, you'll know it's ok to buy sort of thing. Thanks so much for watching!

Hey Dustin cool find! It looks like you know them really well, are they against you asking to buy it all if you could come to an agreeable price for both parties? That would save you multiple trips over those three days and you wouldn't possibly miss a good item someone else picks up? Curious too, did they mention if a train store was going out of business or was this from a collector?

Different locations have different promotions and days I think. Ours is always on Wednesday and half off all but the newest tag and .49 for the oldest tag

Occasionally, usually if someone is interested and I'm on the fence about an item I'll pass it over nowadays since I have such a large flow of merchandise as it is.

Typically, I do free shipping for the algorithm boost and increased sell through. I bake the shipping costs into my price. A 20 dollar item plus 10 ship comes 29.99 for example. There are pros and cons to this approach.

I did recieve a small discount on the first transaction. Of course for the half off day that is already pretty extreme and with the other stuff just hitting the floor I paid full price. The track offers roof 200 was a bulk deal and was pretty killer actually. So, yeah they work with me on things a little.
