When the impossible becomes possible!! In this video I'm showing how I made a comeback from 2 troops! 6 player fixed card game on classic risk map. Settings: alliances on, balanced blitz dice rolls and 60 seconds per turn.

as long this is not 1v1, you can comeback in the game... + it's not in every player interest to kill you out, in that situation, blue should have kill you, but the other, they need you to figth blue, well depend, don't need 5 players either, so there could be some argument to do so... in that situation if i would have been purple or yellow, i would only had eliminated green or orange, because their lack of logic could actually help blue, unless a 4-5 card loot is availlable for cheap

@@Risk4Ever Indeed. Don't know if this is the same for everyone but I find that every time I reach Master level then all other players seem to have an obsession to take you out. I think they are no longer interested in winning the game but simply try to increase their points by getting rid of high rank players. Do you find the same?

@@martinleonard3684 They attack when you wouldn't, probably they see you avoid retaliating because you want to maintain troops. So it becomes rational strategy for them, you're a low risk target.

I swear there is so many stupid players in this Fixed 6 player games that I don't even bother playing it anymore, since most of the time I know how it would turn out. I was also mad a suiciders but finally realized that they just love doing that. They enjoy the game like that so you have to take that in account and try out smarting them so that to not get crushed by them and that's even another reason the game is so fun when you reach grandmaster rank. This inspired me, when I was down to one territory after a player attacked my continent rather than the dominant player. I was lucky enough to hang in, have a set, take another out picking up cards, then take another 2 out the following turn, with the dominant player's main army blocked. Suddenly I had a winning position.

Hey @Risk4Ever i just want to ask about a progressive video you did with all grand masters. In the video you spread yourself out to not get taken out by the yellow player but you said how this was a strategy before they took out animations. I just want to know if you should still spread out in progressive games

It depends. In terms of having some different armies in different spots of the map, then yes, as players' armies start to block each other, so it becomes harder (or sometimes impossible) for someone to take you out, even if they can capture the whole map in 60 seconds. Also a lot of people still haven't taken the animations off. But in terms of spreading out as capturing as many territories as possible when you're in a danger, then no, it's not really worth, as players will still be able to take you out and since you wasted some troops it will be even easier for them, or unless you play with the players who haven't taken the animations off, then it can be worth. So it can really depend on the circumstances 👍

Thank you! 😎 I just wanted to finish the game as soon as possible. Blue was fully on my way while some purple's territories were blocked from me. That's it. The game was unranked, so 2nd or 3rd - it didn't really matter for the players, they still got a loss in their stats and their rank stayed the same. Also blue's attack at 25:08 was suicidical as well, so at this point I didn't really care which player to take out first. But yeah, that was the purple player who totally ruined the game, I agree 👍

Not really, almost every fixed card game involves more or less turtling, or unless you get a dominant position very quickly like in this game: kzbin.info/www/bejne/eX3blKeDfpdgsMk Or sometimes you can win a game like that, when players crush a lot of their troops in the beginning of the game: kzbin.info/www/bejne/pmLCgYeopq6mga8 or kzbin.info/www/bejne/g2TaYp6ug6iZlck Try out 3 player fixed card games to see how it goes, one of the players gets advantage, so two others must team up on him and cannot turtle. Or if you don't want any turtling at all, then I would recommend playing 6 player progressive card games, the way to win them is by eliminating players when it's worth for their cards, so if you just turtle - then you will lose the game
