2:49 Should have backed immediately once you killed all the minions that were within turret range instead of killing the rest of the wave. Then teleport back once near full hp. The jungler/top could have taken a far larger advantage of the poor wave state and your inability to approach the wave due to your health than they did. Can lose entire games just on that kind of poor wave management alone, especially in top lane.
