How I Made Manga Animation Using After Effects

QUICK TIP, amazing animation btw; but if you want to make exporting PNGs easier for you, drop the photoshop file as it is in after effect. This way not only does it retain layer size and placement, but you can also go back to the photoshop file and edit over the original layer, keeping your workflow a non-destructive flow and allowing you to do quick change/fixes.

Pro tip: for head null movement you can put the anchor point near the chin following neck for more natural movements...

Small tips, when you're coloring it is good to add drawn shadow shapes just to give more realism compared to using gradient effect with no realism (imo)
