The fabric choice turned out nice, I like the look of it, and the dark blue is actually a nice touch. I guess it kind of makes sense why you have so many fabics seeing a piece like this. With mockups, and any corrections when tgey do happen having some extra of all kinds is a good thing. xD Also, I had no idea that water soluble tape you used the temporarily hold the leather in place even existed. Learned something new there. The final cosplay looks awesome though, well done! Kind of makes me more interested in the anime now, as this one totally went under the radar for me.

I don't know what you mean with cut out 🤔 There is a read me first file to get you started! Make sure you check your measurements before you cut the paper pattern following your size lines. Then use an old bedsheet or cheap fabric to test the fit, it will also make for practice 😇 Good luck!
