That's really good but how are you going to charge the voice chip? Once it dies, you're gonna be forced to open up that chip.

That's a problem that I have a solution to but it prevents me from making any for anyone else. I have mine wrapped in masking tape and when I need to I just unwrap/rewrap. Hasn't died yet though.

Hey man, I'm trying to do a shell as well and I'm going crazy over how I should drill my holes for the speaker. I've rewatched the movie but I can't seem to find a shot of the voice box from the front. It seems that your pattern is pretty specific, especially for the big hole on the bottom. How did you find it?
