The detail that goes into these cakes along with the detail reminds me when my mother would sell homemade cakes and we would get leftovers, and we would get to see all the hard work she put into them. I can't imagine how hard this is! Also love the modeling chocolate, it sounds really yummy!!

1:1 wow! It is very true, modeling with fondant especially with so much details is extremly difficult. You can't correct and errase excess fondant perfectly coz it dry fast and the elasticity is not like this. Your a queen Sideserf, I am so much attached with your creations.
