My question is, i noticed you used only regilene boning, while some odas use it along side plastic boning for more stronger effect ma. When do we use the double boning technique ma nd if i decide to use only regilene boning, wont it bend on my client's body due to pressure from sitting down?

Double boning helps to add more structure to your corset design especially for the plus size corset. With double boning,you might not be able to stitch on it except it is half double boning.

I weaved the side seams and for the corset area, you can decide to sew raw edges inside or use needle and thread to finish it up.
