How I maintain my Twistouts for 2-3weeks / Natural Hair

I get more volume with flat twists in the front of my head but in the back I get more volume with two strand twists.

Thank you for an excellent video. Experiences show that the twist out is a method that I can live with and get a style that I am happy with. You showed the very techniques that I can use to improve my results. Frequent and long shampoos are not for me and Arthritis in my hands limits the # of twists that I can do. Yes. I apply the Castro oil after the curl cream to seal in the moisture. (I use it as a sealant) I don’t mind at all lol my 4c is mainly in the middle (crown) of my head 😉
