What pen do you use to write the days of the week in that beautiful script? Early in the video, before you mention using the Magna Carta pen… it seems smaller so I’m assuming it’s a different pen?

Great question! It’s both the Magna Carta Mag600 for the larger ones and then typically the Tom Bow Fudenosuke for the smaller (black) ones! ☺️
