This video literally helped me get into a music company back about 10 months ago

I really liked the version before the mask, incidentally was fitting in the idea of “empathy gap” too :)

Mario Torre Yeah, I might have liked it better before the mask, too. :)

Thanks for this! I've been using stock images that relate to my title and applying filters but it always felt like cheating. This is a much more personal way to do it.

thanks a lot!! I just was struggling with the art presentation of my tracks, I was even using some screen records of the DAW session, but this is truly handy!

This has helped me realise I did actually have a formula, I just didn’t think of it as such. Damn

Dave, would be nice if show us how you do the mastering of your music. I think it fits the segment of how you release your music

Hey David! So nice tips! I find you a great person that really wants to teach people stuff and you know a lot! I hope this video helps people to learn! It was like watching a graphics design tutorial from an audio content channel! And personally, I liked it a lot! :) Keep the good ideas up man and I wish more successes!

Thank you so much. I started with your " how to record your synth" to here which means I've been recording a lot of synths! Haha thank you so much

I use a very similar approach to design and layout for my product images. Just in a different corner for the font! 🙂 🙃 Great stuff David, thanks for sharing this!

Not really my style of cover art but still nice vid, I prefer a more cluttered, almost collage-like image

love the video, but a lot of what you are doing I have no idea how you did it. Assuming you're using hot keys and what not. Would be better if you were more detailed and showed everything you're doing.

I dont want to be negative but this is very simple and you arent putting much work in. You could maybe paint the images yourself or not just have colors and text. An album cover should capture the entire emotion of an album and not be so cold.
