How I make graph patterns, for tapestry crochet, may be old fashion but it works for me. Drawing them by hand gives me control of size, shape and color. In a future video I’ll show how I make the very detailed graphs like the Apple Blossom Graph: fiberart-shop....

Between shooting the video and writing these show notes I changed my mind about the yarn I’m going to use. I’ve decided on traditional Holiday colors, but with sparkle. I still like the fine weight yarn. Looking at all the possibilities I’m going with Herrschners Holiday, Traditional Christmas. bit.ly/holidayyarn. White #0001, Red #0002, and Green #0003. You’ll need 1 ball of each color.
I’ll still be using a B 2.25 mm crochet hook. I use Clover Crochet Hooks. The best price is at Amazon. amzn.to/2SJNqW5. If you don’t want to buy the whole set, you can always just buy the 1 hook you need.
