I just saw your channel on my feed. I watched latest flip-thru, which I loved, but I had NO IDEA how in the world you made these accordion tag books. I watched several times, but still my brain was blank in how this could be done. I found your 2 tutorials, and watched,... 2X each. I'm so over-whelmed, I was thinking I've only seen anything like this on Tim Holtz Ideology LIVE shows in the "makes" he shows us. When I watched 3rd X, I heard you say you make them for him. First and foremost, I must say you are an artist. Thank you for such a detailed video. You have taught me some very valuable lessons. 1. Save all your scraps. I now have a box on my table that my scraps go in for the project I am working on. 2. Ephemera does not have to be ready made, It can be a piece cut out, a scrap or something that you made. I am working on a book. I have made some mistakes but am able to salvage them. Thank you ever so much for doing this video.

My fave too! Mummy Cloth is in the idea-ology Halloween line by Tim Holtz. It’s an open weave fabric similar to cheese cloth that can altered with ink or paint.
