I own one of those machines lol Husband thought I could find a hobby in it…. Let me tell you it’s not “easy”. We live in an age of digital art, and now that I’ve tried it, let me tell you it’s not very nice to imply it’s the lazy way 😆 I’ve had to learn what vector art is vs png, for example. You also can’t “make money” with a cutter machine easily because the supplies are ridiculous lol. Just last night I spent over 2 hrs just trying to figure out what’s the smallest size mailing envelope the USPS will deliver. Then trying to figure out how to make that card and envelope and how to make it fit. Then I didn’t have the right size paper and had to go back to the drawing board. THEN I forgot if you cut out the words “Merry Christmas” for example, you’re gonna lose the insides of the e/a. So I decided to have the machine “draw” that, but nope, it can only outline some letters… you need a printer for artwork…So then I had to … on and on 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🥴 I wouldn’t say I like or admire this girls art any more or less. She found what works for her and is using it to make money and I think that’s awesome. I’m proud of her for not letting things stop her because she doesn’t have a machine. She has scissors. I just wanted to say, don’t assume those cutting machines are easy LOLOLOL I’ve had several “come to Jesus” moments with that technology. I’ve never had that with a pair of scissors hahah Edit: That being said. I’d rather buy these anyway over mass produced keychains, spit out by big chain stores like Target, Walmart and the like. These are personal, beautiful, and carry the pride of an artist with it. You can’t buy that in a retail store.

You guys should know that in her country, sometimes it’s not easy to get supplies, like “printing it” or “round puncher”. That’s why she’s doing everything by hand. Now that’s why I call creative, not this cricut, Canva “artist” in the US. She’s a real handmade. Unlike Etsy vendors nowadays or even youtubers.

Those are beautiful, you're very talented. Measure the inside circle and find you a hole punch the same size. It'll be a lot easier than hand cutting each one.

I am very much inspired right now. Stumbled upon this because KZbin really do know what I'd love to watch. Thank you so much for sharing this. The amount of effort and time spent creating masterpieces this minute is such a great deal. I can relate having everything made from scratch. I do not have complex machines with me (scanner, printer, die cutter, etc.) but I do have with me a brush, a marker, a pair of scissors to begin with. So might as well utilize them. You could also get those blank round keychains and paint directly on them then add a varnish/sealant coat to protect the painting. You could do like a white base coat before your image that way you can paint on the front and back. Just an idea you could try if you want :)

Your artwork is beautiful and I can appreciate the time and effort you put into them but the paper cutting and circle cutting can be streamlined so you aren’t doing all of that tedious stuff by hand. Spend your time on your art, not cutting circles and squares of paper. I love them, they are very special. Invest in a Cricut machine to do the circles and square cutting.
