500g plain flour
250g butter
1/4 tsp salt to taste

Bring it on!! When its comes to baking, I must confess it's not my strongest suit. However, every time I see your tutorials you make it so fun and easy I always want to jump and go to the kitchen and try it. Believe me, I'll bake it before Christmas because, I want to get it right.
