Cool story real quick. I recognized I had money problems so I did this for 3 days straight. I FOUND a $100 bill on the ground but it was severely ripped. Almost in half! So I picked up the exercise for 6 days and I FOUND another 100 dollar bill and it was torn but not as much as the one from a couple days prior. So much to say. I had the great fortune of studying under Dr. Hew Len over a period of about 3-4 years. I consider myself a Ho'oponopono purist, but that is a bit misleading because the "old way" before Morrnah Simeonah, who was Ihaleakala's Teacher (Dr. Hew Len) took hours and involved entire extended families. She brought the ancient tradition into the modern world and Ihaleakala continued that process and eventually was able to share it with the whole world. Anyway, there are parts of the practice of Ho'oponopono that I heard SynchroShakti speak of or not speak of that I'd like to share. I'm a modern purist I suppose. 1. As I recall, the 4 phrases he taught goes like this "I'm sorry, please forgive me, I love you, thank you." At some point he said you could streamline that to "I love you". I don't remember him ever using the word prayer. When he was first bringing this out to a larger audience he would just say "do the cleaning". Others may have referred to it as "the four phrases" but he just said "do the cleaning" I point this out because it would be very easy to misunderstand Ho'oponopono as magic, a religion or even part of the Law of Attraction. It is none of these things. That doesn't mean you can't use Ho'oponopono to improve the quality of your life. One of Ihaleakala's students that worked closest with him - I'll just call her Mary, told my wife and I a story at breakfast one morning about how she would clean on her husband's business (that was her job). And in the weekend she was speaking to me, he closed a $5 million dollar deal. So you can clean for any reason any time. 2. Regarding the phrases, you are not saying them to God, or for someone else, you are ONLY cleaning on yourself. This part can be confusing to anyone who still thinks they are somehow separate from the divine. Ihaleakala says that when you clean something in you, you clean it in all of us. He also says for every 1 thing you are aware of, there are 1 million things you are not. He gave an example of how you doing the cleaning on something might ease a tribal woman's birth experience somewhere in Africa and you might never know about this consciously. Ihaleakala stressed that Ho'oponopono starts with 100% self-responsibility. So the way I remember him explaining the 4 phrases was "I'm sorry for any harm I have done (speaking to your inner child/true self), Please forgive me for this (#1). I love you (the divine within yourself/inner child). Thank you for the opportunity to clean and lift you up" I might have mis-remembered a little it's been many years since I saw Ihaleakala. Ihaleakala was always teasing people about the words used for cleaning. They would ask him questions like "Do you have to mean it" - he had an amazing sense of humor. I think he streamlined the cleaning process to "I love you" because peoples minds become chaotic with more data. 3. So when you are cleaning, you are only cleaning on yourself. Whatever your intentions in this "outside" world, my understanding is that everything, everyone, everywhere is all only inside of you. You cannot clean on someone else or something else. You can only clean on yourself. Another thing Ihaleakala would say frequently is that God is not a Concierge. This is how I understood that Ho'oponopono itself is not a direct tool for Law of Attraction, or a prayer to petition God for something. Ihaleakala was "always" cleaning he said. He was/is loving the world with his wisdom because to him there are bigger fish to fry with this knowledge of service (cleaning) than getting a new pair of shoes. 4. Please don't mistake the above 3 points for some sad poverty consciousness. I am not a person who believes you have to suffer and be poor to love the world. I'm not a fan of LOA although I do appreciate how popular it has become. I met Ihaleakala some months perhaps half a year before the movie The Secret debuted. In the 90s I read a book In Resonance by a woman named Jasmuheen. www.artofspirit.ca/141.pdf Starting on page 173 she writes about the 28 Universal Laws. If you do a search through the manuscript you will find there is no "Law of Attraction" in her list, although I think she does mention it once in the book and devotes a sentence or two to it. I mention this book and these laws because even if she had included LOA in her list, it would be a sister law to all the other laws. There are changes occurring in our world today on a grand scale - beyond my literary ability to describe. One of the themes in these changes I keep noticing is a filter for STS and STO. Service to Self and Service to Others. The changes I speak of are in a sense starting to sort all humanity on this basis. 5. In lieu of the law of attraction, I would suggest you look into Quantum Jumping. There is a lot of material on the web about this. You will find the 2 Cup method as a starter. 6. One of the ways that I saw Ihaleakala use Ho'oponopono was when he was faced with a decision, and he wasn't absolutely clear - he said "I will clean on it". This is a great way to apply Ho'oponopono. For those who have never really studied Ho'oponopono, it translates to "to make doubly right" or "to correct the situation" or "to make the correction". It is a process of forgiveness and healing. I am from Texas so any Hawaiian or Ho'oponopono expert that wants to correct any of my points is welcome. Thank you for your video.

@@Nikhil19999 Thank you for your question. There are no limits to when and what situations. You can clean as little or as often as you wish. Dr. Hew Len simplified Ho'oponopono by stating you don't even have to say the 4 phrase, you can just say the one phrase "I love you". You are cleaning on yourself and if you are connected to everything, then in a sense you are cleaning on everyone. You don't need a "reason" or an "intent" to clean, you just choose to clean. You can clean "on" something like a question or an opportunity but you are still just cleaning within yourself. You might hear someone who does the cleaning say "I'll clean on it" One of the gifts of cleaning is inspiration. Sometimes you clean and you perceive, other times you clean and you don't perceive it. That doesn't matter. What matters is that you are part of a solution so much bigger than just yourself you are a blessing to the world when you clean. You can clean on things. Ihaleakala says that there is a spirit in everything. You can clean on the chair you are about to sit in, because you don't know who sat in it before you. You can clean your house (no pun intended), your bedroom, your car. Before we would start a seminar for Ihaleakala he would sometimes walk around the building or the grounds or the room and talk to it asking for its permission to bring the people into the room for a seminar. Asking the room what it might need or how he could help it. And the room would tell him a story or give him an impression or a word or perhaps some boundaries. There really are no limits to what you can use it for, sometimes I will attempt to re-direct a perception of what Ho'oponopono is because it is sacred and when you only learn the shadow of Ho'oponopono or the outline or the idea, it is hard to practice it. I have seen all sorts of "gurus" try to merge Ho'oponopono with other things, and I've never once thought "Oh yeah that makes it even better." Ho'oponopono is just Ho'oponopono. I heard a "guru" once say that his technique was a million times more powerful than Ho'oponopono and instantly I knew he didn't know what Ho'oponopono was, he was just fanning his ego. I found the exact answer to your question when I was still new to Ho'oponopono. I learned more from doing the cleaning, than from all the books and lectures and seminars I attended combined. So, do the cleaning and see what you learn. Mahalo
