If one ever bonds with anyone over their brokenness/issues that you both have in common, pls do not view them as a person you should marry-that means healing needs to occur. (And when u avoid things that needs to be healed, u both have BIG problems). These are usually people we should either avoid or that are only meant to teach us lessons or vice versa. I worded that wrong, there wasn’t a picture of any man on my vision board though. Hahaha thanks for the comment, I came back and read my original post and now see that it can be confusing. I did put my dream car, dream internship, dream income and other things that a typical college kid would put on a vision board… and all that did happened. I DO believe in vision boards because it has never failed me but I’m not naive to think if I put a picture of body builder on the wall, I’ll wake up shredded.

I unconsciously manifested my marriage - I literally was wearing a ring on my finger so when men approach me I would tell them I’m married (I didn’t want a relationship back then). Also I was very intentional with my thoughts about my future partner and thought in detail what I wanted to get. After a couple months of doing that I met my future husband who is everything I was praying and wishing for!

Queen the disappointment you’re experiencing is a direct reflection of your dominant belief about what you deserve, desire and expect. I have a beautiful son, an amazing career as an attorney, an awesome tribe of women, etc. However, I am single and I accept that I am the common denominator. I know that I have kept myself from attracting a life partner because of the stories I have told myself. We’re always manifesting whether it’s conscious or not, that’s a lack and fear based mindset. I loved this! There a few points in there I dug: 1. Using Emotions to speed up the process-one of the reasons why I dig Dr. Joe Dispenza’s work so much is, not only is he obsessed with the science of how manifestation works, but he teaches people how to teach their own bodies how to feel elevated emotions. 2. You mentioned skeletons in the closet and such and finding ways to heal not only that person but yourself. Dr. Bruce Lipton’s spoke on this pretty well in not only “The Biology of Belief” but “The Honeymoon Effect” and how we can learn from cells to create better relationships as well as learn to deprogram our subconscious mind from thinking/emotional habits we don’t want and reprogram with the ones we don’t want. 3. When you said we can’t do this from a place of desperation and Lack-I could DEFINITELY relate. And even going back to my point about healing and programming. For myself it’s always been easy to feel Lack and Desperate-why? Because I repeated the thinking and feeling cycle enough times that I was an expert at being desperate. So I also used Dr. Dispenza’s meditations not only to unmemorize and prune nerve cells related to lack, but to practice feeling elevated emotions so manifesting is easier. That’s also when I use affirmations, because in a trance-like state of Theta brainwaves it’s hard to analyze and hear that inner voice “You’re NOT grateful! You’re miserable! You’re delusional!” That default mode is put to sleep. As I’ve been practicing for better health, I gotta say having a supplemental meditative practice to deprogram living in survival and reprogram living in creation/abundance has helped with my main meditation to help with healing. Last night I had this “inner bath of energy” that was making my nervous system vibrate and decrease some pain...all because I practiced gratitude before and reprogrammed my subconscious to say “I am health and wholeness” and “I am gratitude”. Then surrender your creation to a greater mind (God in my case). Had one of the best meditations ever due to the core concepts you touch on here. Thank you so much for your story, as it inspires me a lot! 😁

Right now I’m focused on better health mentally, physically and financially, so I have three meditations that focus on that: Synchronizing to Health or any of the Blessings Series for healing, Water Rising/Breaking the Habit for deprogramming and reprogramming thinking & emotional habits, tuning into new potentials for the financial abundance. I’m constantly testing and seeing what sticks and what doesn’t for me and what I need to do better, it is a journey. I did manifest going to his week long retreat that ended starting this month, all I had to cover was the flight and some food/snack costs.

The problem with manifestations and getting what one wants is getting what one wants instead of what God wants for you. PRAISE GOD FOR THIS COMMENT!!!! I saw this video and was curious about this manifestation practice. I know that God gives us the desires of our heart, but we accomplish that by staying in His Will. I don't think doing these manifestations is in God's Will as we are just satisfying our flesh. Remember, Satan comes as an angel of light. Just because things seem like they're from God doesn't mean they are. This is why God tells us to test the sprits. I believe manifestation is just a counterfeit because our thoughts and actions *definitely* have an influence over what "manifests" in our life. As a man, I did this unknowingly. I had night shift and 4am outside the warehouse, I would have my cigarettes every night at look up to the moon. I don’t want to crowd your thread with long commentary, but would love to chop it up one day regarding those limiting beliefs people are afraid to challenge because of the teachings of their faith. Somewhere around 2015, I raised my voice in prayer and refused to believe that I wasn’t receiving what I needed simply because I wasn’t doing something right, or wasn’t saying the right things in prayer. I asked God to guide me to the truth of life and the way things are, and I can’t tell you how many things started to fall apart - just to come together in way that lead to my understanding.
