Tibetan veg momo starts in India from potato from early years during my school days in 80-90's, later everybody starts filling with palak, cabbage, paneer etc.

After having spent many months in McLeod Ganj in 2002 and 2008, I had become very despondent watching youtube videos showing it overcrowded, commercialised and full of illegal hotels and disrespectful tourists. Thankyou so much for showing the McLeod Ganj, and its people, that I remember. A place that I hold dear to my heart.

Very very sweet lady a momo seller, may be who live in remote area or in village are not able talk ( a bit introverted people I should say ) I remember myself during schooling time I live in a village , when we see some stanger we try avoid out of shyness not knowing that person needs help or anything. Who live in town or city may be able to talk confidently .

I like most of your vlogs in Dharamsala. If you get chance you should do one at Gangchen Kyishong (aka Library or Gangkyi). You will see and meet the Tibetan Government in exile buildings and officials. Most of the staff are graduates from different Universities in India and serving our community.

Yes in the last part, it is true that some Tibetans in exile used to have quite regular contact with their families back in Tibet but somehow if a little mistake happens during the communication, ( like mentioning HH Dalai Lama or talking any political issues, the family members back in Tibet will be in serious trouble.

She is saying that she came in the year 2009 and but be aware and better not ask personal questions as some has family living there and it may harm them by CCC so it’s strict and it’s prohibit to talk with family in Tibet and if they know they will keep their family in prison and might treat them brutally so Be alert 🥰🙏❤️
