That feeling of knowing “this isn’t right for me” is so real! That’s the position I’m in right now. Im not a senior, though. These are very valuable rules for anybody who wants to get rich. Unfortunately, most people who will watch this video will not really be able to apply the principles. We may not want to admit, but as Warren Buffett once said, investing is like any other profession-- it requires a certain level of expertise. No surprise that some people are losing a lot of money in the bear market, while others are making hundreds of thousands in profit. I just don't know how they do it. I have about $109k now to put in the market.

It's not difficult, but you have to learn and handle. Another thing is that if you can't manage your home, maybe you shouldn't invest on your own. If so, you should hire a CFP to help you diversify your assets to include ETFs/index funds/mutual funds and stocks of companies with consistent cash flows, rather than betting on penny stocks.

A lot of folks downplay the role of advisors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for license advisors and came across someone of due diligence, helped a lot to grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to approx. $850k so far.

Let’s be real… the only way you’re getting this rich at 22 is by having rich parents or winning the lottery. That’s all there is to it. You’re not getting this rich in your early 20s without someone giving you a huge step up. Like if you’re rich at that age then I’m happy for you, but don’t go acting like that’s the result of hard work and ingenuity. It’s pure luck and that’s it

I didn't realize you can hire an attorney to review housing contracts! That is such a good idea! I really appreciate all of the tips you shared here. And congrats on bravely following your heart. I am almost 39 and still learning to listen fully to my intuition no matter what.

Im from 30 min from the uni you went to. I won’t specify the town because this is public….But I moved to Alaska and soooo many people told me not to do it. The BEST decision I ever made. I’m highly considering Hawaii next. Thanks for the vid ❤

So true. Rentals go fast. I got a state of Hawaii job and i got a apt and i was required to get a year lease. Just be careful on renting alot of scams and have a plan.

Been living here for a bit over two years. At first I was loving it, got into freediving man so great. But now..I’m over it. Leaving in march for Germany and I’m ready. I’m officially Hawaii’d out 🤷‍♀️

A place like hawaii is highly saturated with trainers , you need to look for other career paths, im sorry i live here and its just so many people wanting to do the same thing its oversaturated, you welcome here just dont complain when its hard to get employment everybody wants to come here and do this and because of it the market is full

I live in Hawaii, and its just not ideal to have roommates, just get your own place, i always personally get requests from people to have as my roommates alot of times they bring their poor attitude and behaviours with them, im not saying your like that, but here in Hawaii people don't want roommates maybe a very small percentage. All my friends have bad experiences of people as roommates.
