Hello! I got it from Wayfair, and they came together, but I can use with the top part or without it.

Enough diapers for a month ha!😂 more like enough diapers for 2 ish weeks Rule of thumb baby goes through 10 plus diapers per day So each pk of diapers you have of 84 will last a little over a week
