I feel so seen with this video. When i moved in with my partner, I had to explain how not all rice and not all noodles are the same and yes I need all of them and no I won’t get rid of them. Hahahah

My partner has also learned which chopstick I use in what application. Sticky rice needs thin metal, slippery noodles need thick wooden. WE NEED IT ALL

Very relatable kitchen organization level. This isn’t like 90 percent of the kitchen organization videos on KZbin. That is a compliment.

It makes sooo much sense to record your caninet’s interior measurements to take with you when you shop for storage containers 🫙Brilliant ✨

I like that you say some cabinets can be organised and some can be messy. It's so stressful to think that everything has to stay organised all the time and everywhere. Especially after watching some videos and see how clean and organised others are. Maybe they are always and everywhere organised, but it's good to know that it's okay to be messy sometimes, somewhere.

Not Asian but Latina and I’m like that but with chilies. We use dry chilies and each one is different and a ton of spices too. Different noodles for our “sopitas” lol. Great video

This is so relatable to me as well, a Chinese Malaysian, a drawer of noodles, a cupboard of types of rice as well , a drawer of all the Chinese herbs for soups , nutritious teas and desserts....

SERIOUSLY needed this organization. I always watch organization videos and then think what about Asian ingredients or spices. How do we put them away? This is perfect!

Loved this video! I am also a crazy noodle person. For those of us in the US...I really like Target's Brightroom line of pantry bins. The plastic ones with white lids. They're more square which I think is better for stacking + maximizing space. The cereal bins can hold a whole bag of flour! Also Letitia, your new little noodle pot is adorable but consider also getting a Korean aluminum pot for noodles since it heats up so fast!

I have a stainless steel noodle pot too,but handles are stainless and it has a small steamer insert and lid. Use it at least once daily. Great for breakfast grains too. And I can eat out of it too. Cannot live without it! Great ideas on this video- thanks!

This is amazing! I am glad you noted that it is a process not a one day and done! Most cannot do it all in one day. Many reasons, acquiring the things and then doing them, I just subscribed for the long run to get the parts and pieces as we go. I love the toe open deal…. That is super! Very good and thank you/

Thank you for the video. This is the first time I have watched your channel, and I am quite impressed, and subscribed. You do a very good job visually and audibly. I really appreciate presenters who do not wave their arms about when talking, constantly say "uh," "er," "you know," etc. And actually installing items from the sponsor is a GREAT selling point, eh! and shows people who have never done even easy installs, just how easy it can be. I wondered, tho, why you didn't label the sides of your containers in the pull-out drawer, when the side was the only part you could see, apart from the top. I have started labeling tops and sides of many things. I keep extra meds in a drawer, and with the top labeled, it is easy to find things. The pull-out spice racks are genius--I have used something similar for years and years. AND, you can buy new handles for pots; no need to throw away or donate, even if it is fun to use new ones!

Hey fren, gd2 c u. You should spray paint your old favorite pot and Repurpose it maybe ? use it as a basket Catch all out or even in a closet or under ur sink cabinet to keep ur metal bottom cleaners and spray cans under there, from rusting, ohnya all kinds of uses, paint it funky or chill and u keep ur pot and keep it out the landfills. i put my honey and leaky condiments in something to control the leak mess, or add some rocks and use it as a planter??
@letitiakiu8 ай бұрын
omg a planter what a great idea!! thank you ❤
@jk13147 ай бұрын
please dont retire it since its metal and lasting as a cooking pot. You can replace the handles (they have a screw or hidden screw). With hot water, soap and metal wool you can clean the burnt exterior, extra easy boil it in a bigger pot witout handles for a reduction on the elbow grease. Use in minimum fire in tiny torch(?) ALWAYS or invest in a plaque that disperses fire for soups (its lit a metal sheet circle)

Great video! Can I ask where are your cabinets from? I need to start a kitchen reno project - my kitchen might be from the 80s and is falling apart now. (I’ve only used it 8 years.) Kitchen was the hardest room for me to move and I know this project will take a lot out of me. Thanks for sharing how long the organization project took - it makes sense to take one’s time so you can figure out how best to organize. I’ll bookmark this to rewatch again at the end of the main reno. ❤ that you did the install! 💪🏼 👏🏼
