I wish my school would give me the deadlines and the materials before it starts. The material I get it around one week before school but what I have to study I get it like after two-three weeks, which makes me lose time. I found the list of the things we have to study for next year but they tend to switch the list. The deadlines I get them pretty late and they expect me to study 10-14 subjects in one week..

Have you try '30-day challenge to reprogram your mind and change your life' (marble cover by Dagmara Monroe). It teaches you how to set goals and do small actions everyday. Small actions r the key. They don't cost u much and make a big result. Great stuff

I use an excel sheet (google sheets works great too) and make a list of assignments and important class-related dates like tests and organize it by dates. I add in all my classes into one sheet and just highlight it when it's done. It's great to stay organize and this way you don't need to flip thru syllabi constantly.
